Please reproduce your issue (make it happen again), then collect a set of log files.
Please also send us psi.out file located in C:\Program Files\Paragon Software\Hard Disk Manager 17 Advanced\program (or C:\Program Files\Paragon Software\Backup and Recovery 17\program if you’re using Backup & Recovery 17).
Create screenshots or photos if possible.
Please also launch taskschd.msc (use Start – Run… or type it in Start menu), go to Task Scheduler Library.
Right-click on Paragon Job task and choose Properties.
Go to History tab, then right-click on one of Events and select Save all events as… to create Event Log file for your scheduled Task.
Then send the created files to Support Team. Make sure to provide detailed step-by-step description of the issue you’re encountering.
