In case you haven’t found a solution to your question in our Knowledge Base or on Official Support Forum, you can submit a Support Request to Paragon Software.
To do that you need to login into your MyParagon account at first; the link to your account is always the same: https://my.paragon-software.com

Please enter your registration E-mail and Password, either sign in with your Facebook/Google/Twitter account.
Then, after logging in, locate Support tab on the left side of the page and expand it by clicking Left Mouse Button.
Choose New Support Request.
After a brief page load, you will be prompted to fill in the Support Ticket form.
Obviously, you wish the issue faced to be solved as quickly as possible.

After successful submission of support ticket, you will see the following page:
From this moment you can track status of your request in View My Requests Section:
Status In work means, that the ticket is currently being processed.
When Supporter answers your request, the status will be change to Supported.
Usually we reply within 1-3 days from ticket submission, depending on load.
Sometimes, when the investigation requires additional resources, we need more time to come up with a proper solution for you.
