Scenario for online activation
You have purchased the software product, and would like to activate it.
1. Open the program. A message will appear in the bottom left corner of the window, with a request to activate the software.
2. If you haven’t purchased our software, pressing “Buy” will redirect you to our shop.
If you have already purchased the license – press “Activate…”
1. Enter your ParagonBox account’s credentials and press “Sign in”, or you can click on “Create ParagonBox account” if you don’t have one. It will redirect you to ParagonBox portal to create an account. If you forgot the password – you can change it there as well. 2.a. If the valid and unused serial number is registered to your account, it will show up automatically.
2.b. If no unused serial numbers are available, the following message will appear:
After pressing OK, you should be able to use your activated software.
Q: I have a coupon that I have purchased. I can only activate it in program?
A: You can also redeem your coupon in your ParagonBox account. Please make sure you’re registered in the new ParagonBox portal.
1) If you need to set a password, you can do it using the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
2) If you do not have an account, use the ‘Click here to sign up!’ button.
Then sign in and Redeem your Coupon (click Redeem coupon):
Then paste your coupon in this field and press “Enter” or click on “Redeem”
If your coupon is successfully redeemed, you will receive the message saying that “the license has been successfully added to your account”.
If you receive a message saying “This coupon code has already been redeemed”, please check your licenses. When you purchase a license, the email that was used during the purchase was also utilized to create a ParagonBox portal and your license should be registered to that account.
Q: When I was making a purchase I have entered an email address that is different from my ParagonBox account and now I can’t activate my license. What should I do?
A: Please contact us with any proof of purchase (i.e. scan of invoice or screenshot of the transaction) so we can transfer your license: https://www.paragon-software.com/support/
Q: I want to use the license on my new computer. Can I do that or should I purchase another license?
A: If you already have an activated license and you want to move it to another device, use “Revoke” feature.
Q: I don’t have an internet connection on the device I want to activate the software on. What should I do?
A: You can also activate the software offline. You can find it in this KB article.
