ParagonBox is a new customer portal introduced by Paragon Software.
You can access our new portal using our official website:
1.1. Please proceed to: https://www.paragon-software.com/
2.2. Click→ Sign In → Paragon Box (For products purchased after 2020)
2.1. If you have a registered ParagonBox account you can Sign in using your credentials:
2.2. If you forgot your password or haven’t confirmed a migration yet, you can click on “Forgot Your password”.
2.3. Enter your email address. Click “Send”.
2.4. You will receive an email that contains a link for resetting your password.
2.5. You will be redirected to the page where you can set your new password:
2.6. If everything is successful, you will receive a pop-up message saying, that the password has been successfully reset and you will be redirected to your ParagonBox cabinet shortly after:
2.7. If the link in the email is no longer valid, please, make a password reset request by going to step 2.2 again
If you are a new customer and you don’t have an account or a license that was recently purchased – you can create an account by clicking on “Click here to sign up!“
3.1 Enter all of the necessary info, read Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy.
If you agree, click “Sign Up”.
3.2. After that, you will be redirected to the page with instructions on how to proceed from here:
3.3. Please check your inbox (including your spam folders) and find an email from eservice@paragon-software.com

If you want to proceed – click confirm.
3.4. After that you will be redirected to the “Set Password” page. Create your password and make sure that it consists of at least 8 characters, one digit and a combination of both lower and upper case letters:
Click Sign In to proceed.
3.5. After your password is set you will complete the registration.
After everything is set up, you can access your ParagonBox account. Your purchased licenses will appear here.
4.1. You can download your purchased software by clicking on the “Download” button:

You can change your email address by pressing on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen
Then, click on “Profile”
You will be redirected to your profile settings. Here you can change your profile information and email address. Click on a little “pen” icon to change your email address.
Provide new email address you wish to use. A confirmation link will be sent to your new email address.
Follow instructions in the mail to complete the changing of your email.
What is ParagonBox and why am I already registered there?
ParagonBox is a new customer portal introduced by Paragon Software.
If you have been registered in MyParagon portal and you have purchased a software from us, you have given your consent so we could process your personal data according to the GDPR Article 6, point 1a.
All new versions of our products (including updates to existing purchases) will be released in the new customer portal called ParagonBox. Licensing scheme of these products no longer uses MyParagon portal, so in order to stay up-to-date, product license should be registered to ParagonBox account as well. Because of this, we migrated personal information from MyParagon to ParagonBox – basically creating new ParagonBox account using data already provided.
If you have purchased the up-to-date software product from Cleverbridge or received it as a free upgrade, it should be available in your new ParagonBox portal.
Why am I not registered in (not migrated to) ParagonBox? Where are my licenses?
If the product cannot be found in your ParagonBox account, please contact us with purchase confirmation (scan of invoice) so we can check if you’re eligible for an upgrade to the updated version: https://www.paragon-software.com/support/
When I was making a purchase I have entered an email address that is different from my ParagonBox account and now I can’t activate my license. What should I do?
Please contact us with any proof of purchase (i.e. scan of invoice or screenshot of the transaction) so we can transfer your license: https://www.paragon-software.com/support/
I want to use the license on my new computer. Can I do that or should I purchase another license?
If you already have an activated license and you want to move it to another device, use “Revoke” feature.
