You’re experiencing an issue with NTFS for Mac 15 (drive does not mount, drive is not visible, mounts read-only, etc) and you wish to get Paragon Support Team assistance.
Open NTFS for Mac 15 UI (User Interface).
Note: you can do it either from System Preferences section, from Menu Bar App, or from Launchpad.
Click Sign Up button in the left-upper corner.
A window will appear, suggesting you to either to create an account/login using Facebook, or use the login form.
Having logged in/signed up, you will see your First and Second name in NTFS for Mac 15 UI.
Clicking on your name will bring out a little list.
Select Contact Support.
New window will appear, where you can select a category for your feedback and write anything you like for Support Team to read.
You can also attach any file (screenshot, dump, photo of your cat) and system report, which will greatly help us with solving your issue.
When finished, click Send Feedback button.
Done! You can see your support request number and quick link, which leads directly to your MyParagon account, to the request page.
Usually Support Team replies within 1-3 days from ticket submission, depending on load.
Sometimes, when the investigation requires additional resources, we need more time to come up with a proper solution for you.
