Our software always writes several log files during operation, also if started from one of the rescue environments. In the log files it logs it’s actions and gathers information about the attached media. To save the log files in the Linux environment please:
Boot your PC from the rescue environment. Prerequisite is that the boot device is listed before the Windows system disk in the BIOS boot sequence. For UEFI boot usually the feature “Secure boot” has to be disabled in the firmware.
