Please make sure to register your Paragon product in your customer account immediately after the purchase. A registration grants access to several advantages.

After registration, the most recent version of your Paragon program is available for download in your customer account. During the life cycle of a product, we usually provide several so-called Service Updates. These are intended to fix bugs or implement additional features necessitated by the technical progress.

Log in to your user account first. Under “Products & Services => My Downloads” you will usually find a button/link “Get the update” for outdated products. In addition your upgrade opportunities are listed under “Products & Services => My Upgrades”. This is the best way you can purchase comparable products at a reduced price.
The very next version of your current version can be ordered with a 50% discount. If you have purchased Hard Disk Manager 14 Professional you can buy Hard Disk Manager 15 Professional for half the price.
Before we release a new version of our software, we usually send e-mail offers for a free upgrade to certain customers. These customers are filtered by the products that are registered in their accounts. Thus obviously only customers with registered products can get such free upgrade offers.
