Using NTFS for Mac preference pane interface, it is possible to submit support request and send log files to Support Team.
Open NTFS for Mac preference pane, select Activation tab.
Click on Submit Support Request.
Log in to MyParagon portal using your e-mail and password.
Select Subject, enter Brief Description and Details of the request. Archive with log files will be attached automatically. Click Post request.
Click on Reveal log files.
The archive with log files will be selected in new Finder window.
In browser, log in to MyParagon portal, go to Support – View My Requests. Click on Ticket ID to open the request.
Click on Add Comment. Type in comment text, then click on Select file. Select the previously Revealed file to upload it.
Please also make sure you have reproduced the prooblem and attached Sysdiagnose file. It contains additional information that will help to resolve your issue quickly.
Click on Send.
