If something goes wrong during the process, please click Log files to prepare and send operation logs to our Support Team.
You can always prepare logs by selecting in the product’s main menu: Help > Log files.
Log Collector informs you on the upcoming operation. Click Collect to proceed.
The wizard will archive all operation logs, which requires some time.
After that the program will open Finder the folder containing log files. If you are going to add logs into your technical support request, you will need a .zip file with randomly generated name, like this one:
Also, it would be useful to have some additional information to make sure that there are no mistakes in how Camptune recognizes your configuration. To provide aditional information please open Utilities -> Terminal and run these 2 commands (separately):
