In case you forgot the password for your customer account, you can easily set a new one. Go to the sign-in page of “MyParagon” and click the Forgot password? link.
Now the following dialog opens. Please enter the e-mail address, used as login name for your customer account and click “Send”.
The following dialog offers an explanation for the next steps.
Now, please check your e-mail inbox for an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “My Paragon. Password reset”.
You need to set and confirm a new password for your “MyParagon” account by clicking on the reset link which looks like:
This link will redirect you to our “Password Reset” site:
A click on “Sign in” will carry you directly to the sign-in page where you can log in to your “MyParagon” account with your e-mail address and the newly created password.
