As well you may apply for a refund via a support request. Please log into your MyParagon account where the respective product is registered. In the menu on the left click on “Support => New Support Request”. In the first selectbox “What is your question about?” select the item “Customer service issue”. If your refund request is related to a technical support ticket and/or was recommended by a technical support agent please do not forget to mention the respective ticket number.
