Here’s a list of required log files if the Logs Collector Tool is unavailable for some reason.
Most log files are gathered in the directory “C:\ProgramData\Paragon\[product name]”. So you may want to pack wether the entire directory or the content of it and send it to our support.
Only if a support agent asks for it:
