NTFS for Mac 15 allows you to set mount rules not only for your NTFS-formatted drives, but ALSO for all connected devices (Ext2/3/4, FAT16/32, HFS/HFS+).
Ticking highlighted boxes will result into adding corresponding entries to fstab file, which stands for setting mount rules for devices connected to your Mac.
You can read more about fstab here: https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/1381
After setting mount rule, remount the drive – and voila! – the entry will stay, and the drive will behave itself just as you set it to.
Once again: it applies for all kinds of drive formats NTFS for Mac 15 recognized.
