You are not able to activate the software.
The field where device GUID is supposed to show up is blank and when you click activate it fails.
Reinstallation still does not help.
Collect msinfo32 (Press WinKey+R, type msinfo32, press Enter -> File -> Save), make a screenshot of your Product ID and provide these files to our Support Team.
Login to your MyParagon account, open Support Tab -> New Support Request.
