Scenario: After selecting the ‘regular’/full scale interface, it fails to load with error messages about missing language file, etc. or displays a complete corrupt User Interface.
This error means that the program configuration file was damaged (usually due to incorrect program shutdown).
To repair it please delete
“C:\Program Files\Paragon Software\<Product_name>\program\settings.xml”,
run installation file again and select “Repair”.
If this does not help, please uninstall the program, delete the product folder completely from C:\Program files\Paragon Software\ and install it again.
This applies to BR 16 SP2, HDM 15 SP5 and HDM 16:
Please uninstall the program, delete the product folder completely from C:\Program files\Paragon Software\. Then install the program again. Activation should not be affected.
For HDM 16 and newer additionally delete the file C:\ProgramData\Paragon\<Product_name>\LicInfo.xml.
