We got several reports that AVG is blocking our software from running. Normally the software simply hangs with product splash screen. This also makes total system hang.
As contacting antivirus software vendor brings no results we suggest looking for additional workarounds. One should add our software into exception list prior to running it. This will prevent block attempts taken by antivirus.
To add the product to exclude list please do:
start AVG interface – press Tools – Advanced Settings – PUP Extensions – Add Exception
Find the Launcher.exe file and add it to exception list. Also tick Any Location – do not use full path box. Save changes and since then Paragon products must run without any issue.
