You have installed and activated Paragon Software product for Mac, rebooted, but now receive 0xface0001 error when you open the app.
This error appears if there are other Paragon Software programs installed, but haven’t been updated to latest version, and still contain outdated Activation components.
- Remove all installed Paragon Software from your computer:
– Paragon CampTune and Paragon Hard Disk Manager for Mac: Move the Application to Trash
– Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software and extFS for Mac by Paragon Softwae: launch the app, then press *FS for Mac – Preferences – Uninstall
- Reboot your macOS device
- Then download and install latest versions of these applications from your MyParagon account: https://my.paragon-software.com/#/dashboard/downloads
If you’re using Trial version, uninstall it and download the updated version from our site.
Paragon HDM for Mac – at least 1.3.873
Paragon CampTune – at least 10.14.16
Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software – at least 15.4.59
extFS for Mac by Paragon Software – at least 11.2.16
- Then the issue should be resolved
