You have installed and activated Paragon Software product for Mac, rebooted, but now receive 0xface0001 error when you open the app.
This error appears if there are other Paragon Software programs installed, but haven’t been updated to latest version, and still contain outdated Activation components.
- Remove all installed Paragon Software from your computer:
CampTune & HDM: Move the Application to Trash
NTFS & extFS for Mac: launch the app, then press *FS for Mac – Preferences – Uninstall
- Reboot Mac
- Then download and install latest versions of these applications from here: https://my.paragon-software.com/#/dashboard/downloads
If you’re using Trial version, uninstall it and download the updated version from our site.
HDM for Mac – at least 1.3.873
CampTune – at least 10.14.16
Microsoft NTFS for Mac – at least 15.4.59
extFS for Mac – at least 11.2.16
- Then the issue should be resolved
