During the installation process you are prompted to allow the app to make changes to your device, but the app’s (.msi) name looks like random set of letters and numbers.
Accept the prompt to install the product.
This app is product’s installer package (.msi) temporary copy. In case of MSI installers, Windows uses standard workflow of copying the installer from its initial location to the specific directory on system drive (the file receives random name instead of original during the copy) and then running it from there.
