Upgrade Rules

Free upgrade to the current version 17 in the new (LC) Paragon Licensing Center portal: if a license purchased in September 2022 or later, or with Lifetime Upgrade Assurance (e.g. “UFSD Value Pack”).

30% discount on the current version 17: if a license of version 14.x or of version 15.x purchased before September 2022.

Downgrade for older OS versions

Customers with paid licenses of the versions 15 or newer can obtain on request the following older versions compatible with older macOS versions:

• OS X 10.11 – El Capitan: Version 15.5.106 (in the old “MyParagon” portal)
• OS X 10.10 – Yosemite: Version 15.4.59 (in the old “MyParagon” portal)
• OS X 10.9 – Mavericks: Version 14.3.318 (in the old “MyParagon” portal)
• OS X 10.8 – Mountain Lion: Version 14.3.318 (in the old “MyParagon” portal)
