You received an e-mail with your new serial number for NTFS for Mac 14 and a link for the activation of your new account in the “MyParagon” portal, but you accidentally this mail?
Answer:
You’ll find your new serial number in your new “MyParagon” account. First please activate your “MyParagon” account by creating a personal password.
- Please visit https://my.paragon-software.com/#/password-recovery and enter the e-mail address you’ve been registered with at Paragon Software until now. This is the same address we sent the upgrade information to.
- You will immediately receivea mail with a link – please follow this link. On our site you can create a personal password that is just known to you.

- After entering the new password and confirming by “Password Reset”, you will see a confirmation message.

- Now you can login to the new “MyParagon” portal with your new credentials: https://my.paragon-software.com/#/login
- In the menu on the left under “My products” you will find your personal serial number and the download link for Paragon NTFS for Mac 14.
