You received an e-mail from Paragon regarding to a free upgrade to NTFS for Mac 14 and try to login on http://my.paragon-software.com into your new MyParagon account. You get the following error message:
- Please visit us on https://my.paragon-software.com/#/password-recovery and enter the e-mail address you’ve been registered with Paragon Software until now. This is the same address we sent the upgrade information to.
- You will immediately receive a mail with a link, please follow this link. On our site you can create a personal password that is just known to you.
- After entering the new password and confirming by “Password Reset” you will see a confirmation message.
- Now you can login to the new “MyParagon” portal with your new credentials: https://my.paragon-software.com/#/login
