Reinstall the product.
Please uninstall the software using downloaded installer, reboot your Mac. Then install the program again.
Change ownership of the product components.
Open Finder -> Applications -> Utilities
Double-click the Console item
In the left part of the Console window, select system.log in the Files section
Make the error message appear again. See what appears in system.log:
Please enter the following command in Terminal:
sudo chown -R root:wheel /Library/Extensions/ufsd_NTFS.kext
If it doesn’t help, please enter the following commands in Terminal:
Send the output to Support Team.
