You have installed Migrate 5.0, and want to perform the migration of installed Windows system.
Launch Migrate wizard by clicking on the icon in the left part of the program window.
A welcome page will appear. Press Next.
Select the system you wish to migrate and press Next.
Select the target disk you wish to migrate the system to. If it’s smaller than the source disk, it must be large enough to fit data already present on the source drive, or at least necessary for successful Windows boot (see this article for details: https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/159).
If you wish or have to exclude some files, check the appropriate box. Otherwise press Next without checking the box and proceed to Step 7.
If the target drive is too small, a warning message will appear, persuading you to specify files to exclude.
Specify the excludes. You can exclude specific paths…
…or file types. Check the pre-defined file types.
You can also specify your own excluded file types, if they’re not present in pre-defined lists.
After configuring the excludes, press Next.
Check the box to automatically resize system partition to fit the target drive. Press Next.
Check the box to apply the operation immediately after pressing Next.
If the box have not been checked, press Apply.
Press Yes to confirm your decision.
Wait for the operation to complete.
After the migration is completed, you can boot from target drive.
