E-mail address you use to log in to your MyParagon portal profile page can be changed.
Navigate to Profile – Account Settings
Press Change email and enter e-mail you want to use
If there is no account created previously using typed in e-mail, it will be created.
Please check the inbox for e-mail address you typed in, and follow the link in the message.
To confirm your decision, please enter password for your account.
If e-mail you typed in was previously used to create MyParagon portal account, your products and support requests will be merged to that account.
Such requests are processed manually by our Support Team. They will send you an e-mail when account merging is complete.
