You experience security alerts caused by 7-Zip files residing in your Paragon program’s folder branch.
As long as you only create WinPE based media you may easily delete the two 7-Zip files.
The problematic files 7z.exe and 7z.dll reside in the program folder of our Recovery Media Builder – usually
Replace the files with version 16.02.

You may download and apply the appropriate archive on your own risk. Unpack the .zip file to an optional folder. Then move the files 7z.exe and 7z.dll to the program folder of the Recovery Media Builder.
Replace the files with newest version.
The most recent version of 7-Zip is available on http://www.7-zip.org/. Download the appropriate version for your operating system. This .EXE file is a self-extracting archive with installer functionality. To avoid the installation, right-click on the file and use your installed packer utility to extract it to a place of your choice. Then move/copy the files 7z.exe and 7z.dll to the program folder of the Recovery Media Builder. You may want to delete the extracted archive now.
The creation of a Linux Rescue Environment will continue to work successfully and you will not be alerted anymore by your security software.
