To find the cause of the problem, it’s required to investigate Hard Disk Manager log files.
When you launch the Hard Disk Manager application, you can create the log files archive using menu bar. Select Help -> Save Logs, then click on Save Logs button to create the log archive.
Wait until the archive is created. A Finder window revealing the archive location will open.
Send the created archive to Support Team.
